The dosage instructions on the label indicate to take 1 to 2 capsules between breakfast and lunch and another 1 to 2 capsules between lunch and dinner. Not to exceed 4 capsules per day. What determines if you take 1 or 2 capsules is if you feel your appetite sufficiently curbed and your level of energy boosted with 1 capsules then 1 capsules is right for you until it doesn’t work anymore. If you start with 1 capsules and this is not enough to curb your appetite and boost your energy, then take 2 capsules the on the next dose.
