I have been in the Fitness Industry for 30 years and have tried many products that claim to lose weight, boost metabolism etc. Being in the fitness industry for so long, other supplement companies often would send me free products if I promoted them to my clients. First of all as a professional trainer, I would not recommend anything to my clients that I would not take myself. After my third child there I was working out hard and eating great. But I was tired and struggling to get my body back in shape. I knew what to do being a personal trainer, but my body had changed and I needed a little help.
