How do I take PowerThin Phase II?
The dosage instructions on the label indicate to take 1 to 2 caplets between breakfast and lunch and another 1 to 2 caplets between lunch and dinner. Not to exceed 4 caplets per day. What determines if you take 1 or 2 caplets is if you feel your appetite sufficiently curbed and your level of energy boosted with 1 caplet then 1 caplet is right for you until it doesn't work anymore.
